Closed until further notice

On January 22, 2024, our museum suffered water damage amid the extensive construction work taking place throughout our building. Fortunately, no artworks came to harm. However, we see no alternative but to remain closed for the duration of the significant construction activities. Currently, we do not have a definite timeline for the museum’s reopening.

It’s particularly disheartening that, for instance, the presentation of Paweł Althamer’s Emissaries of Light was open for only one weekend, and that Sirous Namazi’s Pending, Fatima Moallim’s presentation in the library, and the group exhibition Skin of the Soul cannot continue as planned.

We will provide further updates during the spring.
