Lecture by the artist Fredrik Söderberg

Fredrik Söderberg will talk about artists and writers who have had a great impact on his work. He will also trace the birth of modern magic – beginning with The Order of the Golden Dawn and ending in Kenneth Anger’s work, with the film Lucifer Rising (1972) forming an important part. In addition he will mention British artist and magician Austin Osman Spare, the writer and mystic Aleister Crowley, the author H.P. Lovecraft and the cult horror film The Wicker Man.
