How do we manage your personal information?
The GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation goes into effect in all EU member countries beginning on May 25, 2018 and replaces the Swedish Personal Information Law (PUL). The General Data Protection Regulation contains rules about how personal data should be handled.
Magasin III Museum for Contemporary Art is responsible for the information you give us when you register for our newsletter. This information is comprised of your email address, and is used in the following way: We do not share your information with third parties. We use MailChimp to create our recipient lists for email announcements, and all data is stored on a secure server in the USA for the purpose of distributing newsletters and invitations via email.
You have the right to request to view the personal information we have on file from you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you have the right to request that the information be corrected or deleted.
