Susanne Henriques was born in 1948 in Stockholm where she lives and works. She is educated at Konstfack, Stockholm, within textiles (1978). In 2016 she received her master’s degree in art history.

Through the weaving technique, she creates different motif worlds that span between the naturalistic and the abstract, often based on specific themes.
