Christina Leithe Hansen

Christina Leithe Hansen was born in 1978 in Søgne, Norway, where she lives and works. She graduated with a Master of Fine Arts from the Malmö Art Academy in 2006.

A selection of Leithe Hansen’s solo exhibitions includes Agder Kunstsenter, Kristiansand (2018); Kunstnerforbundet, Oslo (2018) and Billedkunstnerne i Oslo og Akershus, Oslo (2018). Group shows include Sørlandets kunstmuseum, Kristiansand (2020, 2015) and Preus Museum, Horten (2018).

Leithe Hansen has been honored with a number of grants, including the Nordic Dummy Award, The Norwegian Government Grants for Artist, Ingrid Lindbäck Landgaard foundation, and by Edstranska Stiftelsen.

Her works are included in collections as Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oslo; Sørlandets kunstmuseum, Kristiansand and Norwegian Art Councils collection, Oslo.
