September 1, 2021 marked the launching of the Royal Institute of Art\u2019s new institution for artistic research and further education in Fine Art and architecture.\u00a0A first step in the creation of a research environment at the Royal Institute of Art is the establishment of a higher seminar in artistic research, where researchers, postgraduates, teachers, students and invited guests address current issues that emerge out of\u00a0\u00a0their artistic research processes.\u00a0

The first seminar was held at Magasin III. Johanna Gustafsson F\u00fcrst, Professor of Fine Art, specializing in Sculpture, called to a joint discussion, surrounding vulnerability and violence in the artistic process.\u00a0Also contributing\u00a0was author Mara Lee.\u00a0
